Are the flying events the same for both days?

Yes. The scheduled lineup is the same for both days.

Are there motorcycle restrictions?

There are no restrictions on driving your motorcycle and parking is available.

Can I bring a cooler?

No coolers will be allowed unless a special needs requirement exists and has been authorized prior to airshow and then only a small 12 inch x 12 inch cooler will be acceptable. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Can I bring an umbrella or shade canopy?

No. Umbrellas, tents or shade canopies are not allowed on the air show grounds. They present a risk to our attendees and low flying aircraft.

Can I bring food or drinks to the air show?

No outside food or beverages are allowed.

Can I bring/ride my bicycle on base?

No – bicycles will not be permitted on base. If you ride your bicycle to the base, it will have to be left outside the gate at the owner’s risk.

Can I fly my personal plane in to visit the air show?

If you would like to fly your personal plane in for the air show, you will be able to fly into the Homestead Executive Jet Center. For more information, please visit their web site HERE »

Do we need tickets?

Tickets are not required and admission is free to everyone.  A limited number of preferred “Flight Line Club Seating” tickets are available for each day (300 per day).  Stay tuned for the link coming soon.

Do you publish a schedule?

Please see our “Performers Page” for estimated demonstration times. Since our flying times must remain flexible, the times posted are approximate and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

How do I become a sponsor?

How do I get to on base parking?

To get to on base parking, visitors can follow the signs from the Florida Turnpike at exit 9A.

How much is admission?

Admission is FREE to everyone and tickets are not required! A limited number of preferred “Flight Line Club Seating” tickets are available for each day (300 per day).  Stay tuned for the link soon.

Is handicapped parking available?

Yes, handicapped parking will be available.

Is motocycle parking available?

Yes, motorcycle parking will be available.

Is parking on base available?

Parking on base will be available and will be free to the public. Handicapped parking will be available as well. RVs and campers will not be allowed to park on base during the air show. Remember, on base parking is limited and subject to fill up fast. In the event on base parking becomes full, the county will be offering paid parking just outside the base.

What if we have a large group arriving by bus?

For large groups arriving by bus, please contact Lt Juan Lemus at 786-415-7537 for special arrangements.

What is the process to volunteer for the air show?

Thank you for your interest. Please download the Booth Volunteer Application, fill out, and return to . Vacancies are on a first come, first serve basis. Volunteers must be 17 years of age or older. A red shirt is required to work this event.  Booth Volunteer Application 2018.

When will the Thunderbirds fly?

We won’t say exactly because we have to be flexible with the schedule, but as everyone knows, they will fly last.

Where is the show?

The show will held at Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL. For our location and directions, please visit the Public Info tab – CLICK HERE

Will ATMs be available?

Yes, there will ATMs available at various locations during the air show.

Will food and beverages be sold at the show?

Yes, vendors will be there selling various food and beverage items.
